(In case any concerts have changed dates/ changed venues/ been cancelled or I've made a typo, you'd be wise to check out the venue websites before heading out the door)

If someone said "Chalky, you can have three of the bands on this list perform in your living room this week, who are you going to choose?" I would pick Batrider so I could tell them stories of my travels around New Zealand, there's nothing quite like hearing people's travel stories from around your own country. John Cooper Clarke because I think he would appreciate my tea making abilities and I'd get him to ring my brother up and sing 'Evidently Chickentown'. And finally Sons of Noel and Adrian especially to sing 'This Wreck is not a Boat' and sometimes a member of The Leisure Society plays with them so that would be like having both bands there, bonus!

Who would you choose and why?
