(In case any concerts have changed dates/ changed venues/ been cancelled or I've made a typo, you'd be wise to check out the venue websites before heading out the door because like everyone else, I get it wrong sometimes)

Not a bad looking week, kicking off with a little Elvis and finishing with a shot of Byrne. I would have loved to be going to Royksopp and Fever Ray at The Royal Festival Hall, this has to be one of THE hottest tickets in the capital this week, lucky you if you're going!

On another note, sorry it's been a bit quiet around here for the past few days, I've been away attending a family funeral and as I'm sure you can understand this blog was the last thing on my mind. Standing in the cemetery reminded me of how short life is (it feels like I was just 18 yesterday) and how very important it is that we make the most of the time we have and stay young in mind and at heart. I am so glad we have music, I intend to listen to as much as is humanly possible in my life, I want to still be attending concerts when I'm 90 and really bothering the kids who think music is only a young persons 'scene' - Teeth or no teeth I WILL be there and I WILL dig your music! Hows about you?
